• direction of rehearsal (1 hr)
• on-site coordination (up to 10 hrs) including oversight of event setup, setup of assembled ceremony and reception items such as place cards, favors, guest book and more, reception of vendors, facilitation of processional, tracking of timeline throughout the day, placement of gifts in an appointed family member's vehicle, and assistance with last minute needs on your big day
